Consumer Product Categories: Entry is open to all domestic and international consumer products available in the Australian marketplace. Products can include, but are not limited to, goods, services, devices, equipment, programs and activities from any of the following main product types: Electronics & Communications, Home & Garden, Beauty & Wellness, Fashion & Lifestyle, Food & Beverage, Sports & Fitness, Entertainment & Recreation, Travel & Leisure, Baby & Children’s products. Products must be commercially available and comply with all applicable standards and regulatory requirements prior to entry. Prototypes or products still undergoing trials are ineligible to enter.

Employer of Choice (EOC): Entry is open to private companies, publicly listed companies, multi-national subsidiaries, non-government organisations, educational institutions, franchise systems, partnerships, government departments, government agencies, local government and statutory bodies operating in Australia.

Australian Charity Awards (ACA): Entry is open to all registered charities throughout Australia. The program is open to charitable organisations including charitable funds and charitable institutions located in Australia. Charitable institutions include Public Benevolent Institutions and Health Promotion Charities.

There are 48 award categories currently accepting entries, consisting of 20 business award categories (“Business Awards”), 20 business product categories (“Business Products”), 6 consumer product categories (“Consumer Products”), ABA Employer of Choice (“Employer of Choice”) and The Australian Charity Awards (“Charity Awards”).

Annoucements: The Australian Business Awards, Australian Brand Awards and ABA Employer of Choice winners’ announcements are currently scheduled for Thursday, 8 August 2024. The Australian Charity Awards winners’ announcement is scheduled for Thursday, 22 August 2024.
